- Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling a 1-on-1 tutoring session. To reschedule a 1-on-1 tutoring session, the student must use the link provided in the appointment confirmation email. This link is available up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the session.
- The Student forfeits all sessions which are not cancelled within the 24-hour notice period.
- No refunds or reduction in future month’s fees are issued for sessions cancelled by the student or the tutor.
- In cases where a tutor is unable to attend a 1 on 1 tutoring session, this will be rescheduled to a time agreed upon by both student and tutor. The student understands and agrees that another tutor may also be assigned to conduct the session.
- Group sessions missed by the student cannot be made up or refunded.
- Where allowed, a refund can only be honoured if requested within seven (7) days of payment.
- Administrative fees, including but not limited to application/registration/sign-up fees, assessment fees, course setup fees & late payment fees are non-refundable.
- For courses on our website learn.mathful.co with one-time payments, no refund can be issued after purchase due to the short nature of these courses.
- For any subscription-based product on our website learn.mathful.co or connect.mathful.co, it is understood that the recurring subscription must be cancelled before the next billing period in order to avoid subsequent charges. A refund is only possible if requested within seven (7) days of payment. After this no refund is possible.
- For any product where the cost is spread over a period by way of instalments, there will be no refund of any previous instalments when enrolment in the product has been cancelled.
- In a case where it is decided that a refund is applicable, the refund will be subject to an 8% processing fee.
- Where applicable, refunds should be requested by sending an email to info@mathful.co.
